The National Union of Students of the Philippines (NUSP) expresses deep sympathy and calls for justice as the student union and its member-student councils condole with the grieving family of Cagayan State University (CSU) freshman student Rosanna Sanfuego. Rosanna reportedly took her own life due to the pressure of being unable to pay for the cost of CSU education.
