Youth Groups Launch petition signing against mandatory ROTC, commemorate death of slain student

In light of attempts to revive mandatory ROTC, youth groups today launched a petition signing campaign and commemorated the death of Mark Chua, a member of the ROTC in UST who was slain in 2001.
